STORE POLICIES
LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
Only choose this option if you are able to pick up your package at our storefront location 1208 East Wade Street Suite E Trenton, FL 32693 during our operating hours (Tuesday-Friday 11-6 and Saturday 10-4.) You will receive an email and/or text message with instructions when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see an e-mail come through.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once orders are placed and paid in full, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Most local pickup orders will be ready the same day they are placed, or one business day later.
If an order is shipped to an address that you as the customer provided is incorrect, you as the customer will be held responsible. Dusty Road Divas LLC will not assume any responsibility for invalid information given or for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are handed off to the shipping service, we are no longer liable for them.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order is shipped, a unique tracking number that you can access at any time will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, and/or sent via text message to the number you provided at checkout.
RETURNS - READ CAREFULLY
Returns on NEW ITEMS WITH TAGS will be eligible for a return in the form of a store credit or exchange for a different size or item. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase meeting the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and stain free - this includes deodorant and makeup and any other form of staining. If returned item(s) is found to not meet these criteria, your purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
All SALE and CLEARANCE items are considered FINAL and will not be eligible for a return.
Dusty Road Divas, LLC will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
